How to Spot Fake Xtreme HD IPTV Sites
Xtreme HD IPTV is an established brand, and established brands attract imitators. Sites appear using the same name, the same logo and very similar page layouts, changing only the domain. Some are resellers. Some take payment and deliver nothing. Because they copy the branding closely, it is genuinely difficult to tell them apart at a glance — which is the point.
This page explains how to check before you pay. It applies to any IPTV service, not only this one.
Check the domain, character by character
Imitation domains work by being almost right. Common tricks include swapping the extension (.site, .io, .org, .net in place of the real one), transposing or dropping letters so the name still reads correctly at a glance, adding a word such as 'get', 'official', 'buy' or 'best' in front of the brand, and inserting hyphens. Read the address bar one character at a time rather than trusting the shape of the word.
Four checks before you pay anyone
- Ask us directly. Message the WhatsApp number on this site and ask whether the page you are on is ours. We will tell you either way, and it costs you nothing but a minute.
- Compare the price against our published packages. A price far below what is listed here is the clearest warning sign there is — nobody sells the same service at a fraction of the cost and stays in business.
- Test support before paying, not after. Send a pre-sales question and see whether a human replies, and how quickly.
- Check how they want to be paid. Be cautious about anyone who will only take an irreversible payment method and will not put the refund terms in writing.
What we will never do
- We will never contact you out of the blue asking for your password. Support does not need it.
- We will never ask you to pay a second time to 'unlock' or 'reactivate' a subscription you already bought.
- We will never pressure you into paying within minutes. A genuine offer is still there tomorrow.
- We will never ask for remote access to your device to 'fix' your subscription.
If you already paid a site that was not ours
First, we are sorry — it happens to careful people, because the copies are good. There are still things worth doing straight away.
- Contact your bank or card issuer and ask about a chargeback. The sooner you do this, the better the chances.
- Change any password you reused on that site, particularly if it matches your email password.
- Keep the receipts, the URL and any chat logs — your bank will ask for them.
- Report the site to your card network and, if you are in the US, to the FTC.
We cannot refund a payment made to someone else — the money never reached us — but if you tell us what happened we can confirm whether the site was ours and give you something in writing for your bank. Message us on WhatsApp.
Buying from the genuine service
Every genuine order goes through the WhatsApp number and the prices published on our packages page. If you want to know more about the company before subscribing, the About page covers who we are, and our service breakdown sets out exactly what a subscription includes.
