Is Xtreme HD IPTV Down?
Before working through this page: if you would rather just ask someone, message us on WhatsApp and we will check your account directly. It is usually faster than troubleshooting alone.
1. Check your subscription has not expired
The most common reason a working setup suddenly stops is that the subscription term ended. Subscriptions are prepaid and simply stop at the end of the term rather than auto-renewing. If you are not sure when yours ends, ask support or renew from the packages page.
2. Check your internet connection
Run a speed test on the device you are streaming on. As a guide you want around 10-15 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. If several people are watching at once, add those figures together.
- Move closer to the router, or switch to the 5 GHz band.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection if the device supports one — it is the single most reliable fix for buffering.
- Restart the router, and check nothing else on the network is saturating the line.
3. Check the app and your login
Force-close the player and reopen it. If it asks you to sign in again, re-enter the username, password and server URL exactly as they appear in your activation email — they are case sensitive. The installation guide covers the login screen in full, and the app page has the Downloader code if you need to reinstall.
4. Check whether it is one channel or all of them
If everything is dead, it is usually your subscription, connection or login. If a single channel or category is down, it is an upstream source issue — report it to support and we will get it fixed or removed.
Has Xtreme HD IPTV shut down?
No. The service has been running since 2013 and is active. If you have read otherwise, check the domain you were looking at — counterfeit sites using our branding come and go, and when one disappears people assume the service did. The official website is xtremehdtv.tv; our About page explains how to verify that.
